Postgraduate Studies in Negotiation, Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw University are addressed to advocates and attorneys-at-law, as well as to graduates from different faculties. The studies’ program covers issues related to i.a. negotiations and mediation in various fields, among others family, commercial, criminal and labor disputes. The postgraduate studies include also the subject of conflict psychology and techniques of effective communication. During more than 190 hours the students participate in both theoretical classes and interactive workshops designed to deepen their theoretical and practical knowledge on negotiation and mediation.
