About us

Center for Dispute and Conflict Resolution

We promote the culture  of conciliatory conflict resolution. Though undertaking  different  activities to develop and popularize mediation and other alternative   methods for dispute resolution (ADR), we  promote civic  and open society. We use the knowledge and experience of the University of Warsaw faculty, as well as the support of many experts and organizations which cooperate with us.

  • Arbitrational and negotiation

    We organize conferences and moot courts in the field of arbitration. We promote arbitration as alternative method of dispute resolution among the students and lawyers.

  • Projects

    We conduct activities aimed at disseminating the idea of mediation and other amicable dispute resolution methods. Thanks to this, we strengthen the building of civil society.

  • Postgraduate studies

    Our mediators are among the lecturers of the Postgraduate Studies in Negotiation, Mediation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods.

  • Mediation

    We promote the knowledge about mediation. We are mediation center. We educate students about mediation about other alternative dispute resolution methods (ADR).

  • Conferences and seminars

    We organize conferences and seminars on mediation, arbitration, conflict resolution in academic disputes, ODR, systematic approach to disputes In organizational and local local conflicts.

  • Research

    We are a scientific institution that conducts research on the development of alternative dispute resolution methods and will stop their publication.
