Contact us. We will answer your questions.
We mediate cases directed to us by the courts, as well as cases in which the parties refer to us personally.
In the event the court directs your case to us, the mediation will be handled by a mediator appointed by the court or a person selected from the group of our mediators when the matter is directed to our center without indication of a specific mediator. When you apply directly to our center, after granting consent for mediation by the other party, an experienced mediator from our team will be assigned to handle your case. We mediate in family, labor, commercial, neighborhood, social matters and others.
The stages of our activity:
- We contact the parties by telephone and collect consents for mediation.
- We provide organizational information. We set the mediation date, location and costs.
- We run mediation meeting in which the involved parties participate directly. In justified cases, we conduct indirect mediation, i.e. we contact each party alternately without the parties meeting directly. In a situation where the parties (or any of them) are not available for a meeting in Warsaw, we conduct mediation using the tools of long distance communication.
How much does it cost?
How long will it take?
The duration of mediation depends on the availability and needs of the parties. Sometimes the dispute is resolved in just one meeting. However, it also happens that there are several mediation meetings. The terms of particular meetings are adapted to the needs of all the interested parties. Mediation at the request of the parties should last no longer than one month, but if necessary, this period may be extended.
